The attorneys handle various types of administrative matters before local, state and federal agencies and tribunals. With Mr. Waters, Jr. as of-counsel, the firm has the ability to handle matters involving utility law, particularly in the area of nuclear power.

Mr. Crossley regularly handles administrative matters before federal, state and local agencies. Additionally, the other attorneys handle certain administrative matters related to their primary areas of practice.
 

   
 
   


Certifications of Specialization are available to Tennessee lawyers in all areas of practice relating to or included in the areas of Civil Trial, Criminal Trial, Business Bankruptcy, Consumer Bankruptcy, Creditor's Rights, Medical Malpractice, Legal Malpractice, Accounting Malpractice, Elder Law, Estate Planning and Family Law. No lawyer at Long, Ragsdale & Waters, P.C. has been certified as a specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization in any of these areas of practice.  Further, in areas other than those listed, certification as a specialist is not currently available in Tennessee.
