was born in Cahokia, Illinois on
April 3, 1957. Mr. Hall graduated from the University of Tennessee,
receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1979. He received his Juris Doctor
degree from Memphis State University in 1982 and his Master of Laws in
Taxation degree (LL.M.) from the University of Florida in 1983. While attending the University of Tennessee, Mr. Hall was a member of Phi Eta Sigma honorary fraternity and was an officer of Alpha Tau Omega. Mr. Hall practiced with the Knoxville firm of Baker, Worthington, Crossley, Stansberry & Woolf as a tax attorney prior to joining the firm in 1987.
