was born in Loudon, Tennessee,
on March 17, 1961. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the
University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and graduated cum laude in 1983. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tennessee in 1986. While an undergraduate, Mr. Harrison was a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Omicron Delta Kappa and Alpha Zeta Honor Society. He was also a Senior Scarabbean, President of Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity and a Torchbearer. While in law school he served as Justice of Phi Alpha Delta. Mr. Harrison formerly practiced with Arnold, Winfrey, Simpson & Harris in Loudon and Harrison & Howard in Knoxville.
