EMPLOYMENT AND DISCRIMINATION LAW . . .

This area of practice includes advising employers on employment matters, including employment policies, covenants not to compete, trade secrets and litigation avoidance. The firm has also handled a number of lawsuits involving employer-employee disputes over discrimination, wrongful discharge, Fair Labor Standards and unemployment compensation suits.

Mr. Crossley is the attorney primarily handling matters in this area of the law.
 

Certifications of Specialization are available to Tennessee lawyers in all areas of practice relating to or included in the areas of Civil Trial, Criminal Trial, Business Bankruptcy, Consumer Bankruptcy, Creditor's Rights, Medical Malpractice, Legal Malpractice, Accounting Malpractice, Elder Law, Estate Planning and Family Law.  No lawyer at Long, Ragsdale & Waters, P.C. has been certified as a specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization in any of these areas of practice.  Further, in areas other than those listed, certification as a specialist is not currently available in Tennessee.
