was born in Dayton, Tennessee on September 10,
1958. Mr. Miller obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University
of Tennessee in 1980, graduating magna cum laude. Mr. Miller
obtained a second of Bachelor of Science degree from the University of
Tennessee in 1983, graduating cum laude. He obtained his Juris
Doctor degree from the University of Tennessee in 1986. Mr. Miller was
elected to Phi Kappa Phi and is a member of the American Land Title
Association and the Tennessee Land Title Association. Mr. Miller practiced
with the firm of Walling & Miller in Knoxville, Tennessee before
joining the firm.
