Increasingly, businesses and individuals are turning to alternative forms of dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. In most cases, when a dispute is resolved through an alternative method, the client finds the resolution to be less costly and more desirable than a traditional trial outcome.

R. Louis Crossley serves as a mediator, primarily in complex business or real estate disputes. He has been recognized by the Tennessee Supreme Court as a Rule 31 Civil Mediator, and has been on the panel of mediators of the United States District Court since the panel’s creation. C. Paul Harrison and Garrett P. Swartwood both have experience in the arbitration of disputes. All three attorneys have represented clients in mediation sessions.
