REAL ESTATE LAW . . .

The firm's real estate practice includes both commercial and residential real estate development, including purchasing, selling, financing, zoning, leasing, land use agreements, construction contracts, condominiums and PUD development. This practice is equally divided between representing developers and lending institutions. The firm has handled developments from land acquisition through construction, leasing, refinancing and sale. These developments include shopping centers, offices, residential subdivisions, retirement communities and hotel projects. Further, the attorneys have organized investment syndications and handled private placements of securities under Regulation D and other exemptions.

All of the attorneys practice real estate law, and Mr. Long and Mr. Ragsdale are currently serving as Chairmen of this practice group.
