Ryan P. McNally

Ryan P. McNally concentrates his practice primarily on real estate law, commercial transactions, loan transactions and title insurance.  He is an issuing agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic Title Insurance Company.  Ryan serves as Chief Manager of Appalachian Title Company, LLC.

Ryan has extensive experience performing title examinations and closing complex commercial transactions.  He educates his clients on matters affecting their property and prospective properties.  Ryan has always enjoyed history and his practice is an extension of this.  Ryan takes pride in knowing the history of a property and communicates to his clients how that history may impact its future.

Ryan considers himself fortunate having been educated by some of the most well-respected attorneys in the title industry.  He desires to pay it forward and educate others regarding this concentrated field of law.  Ryan is regularly a continuing legal education speaker for the Tennessee Bar Association, Knoxville Bar Association and the Tennessee Land Title Association and educates other lawyers and title professionals on the topics of underwriting, title insurance and other real estate law matters.

Ryan was born in Michigan and raised in Chattanooga.  He graduated from the University of Tennessee and he and his wife, Jen, had no desire to leave Knoxville.  Ryan and Jen have two children and attend Grace Presbyterian Church.  He and his family enjoy traveling, the outdoors, fishing and disconnecting from cell and internet coverage at their cabin in the woods.
