Brenden S. Moriarty received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College, his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University, with honors, and his Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in taxation from the University of Florida.

Mr. Moriarty comes to LRW with over 20 years of experience.  He practices primarily in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate Administration, Trust Administration and Guardianship Law. He works directly with families helping to preserve their family legacy and help pass family wealth from one generation to the next.  He also is well versed in helping transition aged parents into the next stage of their lives including assisted adult communities and skilled nursing care when necessary. Mr. Moriarty has been actively involved in his community serving on several non-profit Boards of Directors.

Mr. Moriarty and his wife, Terry, have been together for over 30 years, they have three adult sons, and two grandchildren.  He enjoys working on his farm and caring for the livestock during his down time.
