On August 1, 2026, Long, Ragsdale & Waters, P.C. proudly celebrated 40 years of serving clients in Knoxville, East Tennessee, and throughout the Southeast.

What began as three young attorneys’ vision in 1986 has evolved into Knoxville’s preeminent real estate, transactional and commercial litigation firm.
